UTI Herbs

If you have E.Coli, you will likely get away with something basic like d-mannose, cranberry, uva ursi, and cutting out sugar. (Please comment and correct me if this is wrong, I am always open to learning.

There is a range of herbs. Below is a personal list, the Buhner list from his 1999 book Antibiotics, and a pubmed article. I am currently trying out a few different protocols to see if anything works with me and I will post afterward if it works.

From personal research:
d-mannose, cranverry, uva ursi
oregano
grapefruit seed extract
iodin
lomatium+dandelion (lomatium is strong and can create a rash)
bearberry
apple cider vinegar
probiotics
baking soda
monolaurin
caprylic acid
colloidal silver

From Stephen Buhner:
juniper, uva ursi (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi), eucalyptus, goldenseal, cranberry. Cassia Fistula and five other Cassia species have been found effective in vitro against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. C. Fistula is excreted in the urine and thus should be good for UTI. For bacteremia: echinacea, massive doses; garlic, massive doses; boneset, massive doses
